How I work

Making change in your life is hard. I’m here to support you in understanding yourself deeply, to safely explore patterns that have been holding you back and to help you transform into who you want to be.

I practice Integrative Psychotherapy, which means that I draw on different therapeutic approaches to best suit your unique circumstances and needs. I will hear your story, meet you where you’re at and work with you to address your struggles. I offer a non-judgemental space to support your growth and resilience, whilst also expanding upon your existing strengths.

You are welcome here. I am affirming of people of all backgrounds, all people of colour and all sexual and gender identities. Through working together we can unpick the ways in which different forms of oppression affect your mental health.
